MS Word Dictionary Updates.

I still did not see the answer to updating an old version of MS Word
Dictionary. I use word 2003 and see many words not found in my spell
check. Can I purchase a new Webster Collegiate or some other brand CD
and add it to my ms word or replace my MS Word Dictionary?

Yes, many of the commercial dictionaries are available as add-ins for
Word. For example:
