ms word doc cant be saved

when i tried to save ms word document(office 97 or office
2000) it gave me one message that " word has insuffecient
memory. do you want to save word document1 as rescued
document".

Have you applied SR-2 to Word 97? The only KB article I can find that seems
remotely relevant (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=179883) indicates that
this is a problem solved by that patch. Most of the KB articles seem to
relate to trying to save a file in Word 6.0/95 format or saving Master
Documents.
