MS Word error msg

My Microsoft Office Word XP and not only it displays an
error msg just after it is lunched. Here's the Msg:
Command Complex Library Error. Same happens with other
Office Apps. I tried reinstaling it, but the same thing
happens. Any solutions????

I've seen an instance where this was related to damaged printer software.
Try uninstalling and then reinstalling your printer software/drivers.
