MS Word error

Good Day,


I'm trying to send a word document to other collogues. He is unable to open
the document

Error as below

Microsoft Word: WINWORD>EXE - Application error

The instrcution at "0x300c57d8" referenced memory at "0x0011ff94". The
memory could not be "read".

Click on OK To terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program


I've tried sending the same document to other people; they are able to open
the doc

Please advice what could be the cause, thanks in advance

This rings memory bells, but haven't found it yet. Something at the receiving
end.

Try Zipping the file and have the recipient save the zip file to the hard
drive then unzip. Then try opening again. If I find the item that has rung my
bell, I will repost.
