MS-Word events for handling changes in documents

Hi,

I'm developing a small office addin and I need to trap the events from
MS-WORD. I want to know if word fires an event when some one tries to
edit an open word document something which would denote the current
open document is being modified. I tried the DocumentChange but
unfortunately I relaised it is meant for something else - fired when I
change between documents on a focus change ,open or close.

We really need to know which version of Word you are using. The range of
available events has increased with each succeeding version.

Unfortunately, Word 2000 has nothing which you can use for the purpose you
have described.
