ms word file not open problem

hello.
i use ms office 2000 std.
but i have problem in use.
when the excute, i do double click for word file.
then it was open only ms word default flatfrom and not open file.
but ms excel and powerpoint open very well.
how do i this problem.
i must get answer the problem.
