MS Word for Mac - Think's it's German, I want English

I'm having problems with a document in which I pasted some text that
was originally from a German presentation. Now Word has reverted to
thinking in German and I can't find where I can change it back to
English. So all of my English text comes up with those annoying red
squiggly lines and I'm trapped in German.

Anyone have any ideas?

Select your English text and use Tools|Language to mark it as the
appropriate brand of English.
