MS Word freezes

Dear Friends

I have a problem with a Word 2003 document.
After I have created this document I realized that I am not able to print as
I want or to copy part of it to another document. The application stop
responding to any commands and after I shut it down and I report the error I
get the message "Problem caused by Norton AntiVirus Office plug-in".

How do I get rid of this plug-in? I do not remember to have installed
something like this on my computer? I looked for it in MSWord menu but I do
not have any clue.

Can u help me with some hints?

You need to open NAV and disable the optional Office plug-in.
