MS Word Insert gdt symbols

B

Bill

The GDT symbols are on my computer character map but are not available
under the insert symbol dialog box. Since I use the GDT symbole quite
often in my inspection reports it would be really good to have them
available permanently in the insert symbol list so that they can be
assigned to keyboard shortcut keys for easy insertion.
Can anyone HELP???? Please?

Hi Bill:

Insert them into TextEdit, copy the, paste them into Word.

Select them again, make an AutoCorrect out of them (as described in the
Help) and

Optionally, create them as an AutoText (as described in the Help) and assign
a keystroke to them(as described in the Help).

Cheers
