MS Word Installation

I am a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kazakhstan. My computer
recently crashed and I have had to reinstall all of my
applications. I have my original MSWORD disk with the
product key and the install ID. I need to get the unlock
code from microsoft to continue using the program. I
cannot place international calls and the computer I use
for internet is at a public net cafe. I have tried to use
Microsofts web page for support, to no avail. If anyone
has any suggestions on how to contact someone at
microsoft to give this code to me, it would greatly be
appreciated.

What version of Word? Are we talking about activation? If phone activation
is required, then you'll have to figure out some way to place an
international call (perhaps via Internet phone or something?).
