To add to Suzanne's correct reply, also open Outlook and under Tools,
Options, Preferences, Email options, Advanced Email Options, clear the check
box at the bottom, "Add Properties to Attachments to Enable Reply with
Changes." (This is the little beast is also responsible for opening the
Reviewing Toolbar unexpectedly.)
