MS Word/Office 2003 "Run-time error '91': Object variable or With block variable

Does anyone know how to correct the following error when
you close MS word from office 2003? "Run-time error '91':
Object variable or With block variable not set". This
error always appears and I can't seen to prevent it. Any
suggestions welcome. Thanks for your help! Josh
