MS Word:Page num. in footers dont work: loged in as administrator

Hi

When you are logged in as administrator Page numbers in
footers of WinWord 2000/ Win2000 do not work. I.e. the
pages are supposed to show 1 of 10; 2 of 10 etc. This
works correctly in the document preview. However when you
print, it shows 1 of 1; 2 of 2; ..; 10 of 10?

When logged in as user this works properly

What is the problem. Better yet, what is the solution?
