MS Word Printing Problem

Reporting items within a MS Word Image box will not print on HP Laserjet 5000
printer. States attempting to print image of a organizational chart and the
org chart diagram appears to be printing OK, however there is two boxes at
the far right of the org chart which contain text. The Org chart box is
printing but the text within the box is not printing. It is showing when
using the print preview. Attempted using both PS and PCL print drivers.
