MS Word question

I ran System File Checker and it says that file FM20.DLL
may be corrupted. This file is in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM and is
a MS Word .dll file.
I ran "Reinstalling/Repairing MS Word" and tried "Extract
1 file from installation disk" but SFC says "The file is
not found".
In the MS Word 2000 Maintenance Mode Window, I
selected "Repair Word" and "Repair errors in my Word
Installation" but neither of them worked.
How can I reinstall this FM20.DLL file?
MS Word was installed by Dell when I purchased my computer
on January of 2000. I am running Windows 98se. Thank You,
