hi,
i have a customer who's complaining about the following situation;
when he open his MSWord application without a blank paper presented and then
starts a new email in outlook ( word as mail editor ) the word application is
been replaced with the newmail dialogbox(word). after sending the email ,MS
word closes.
he allways has to start MS word again.
what do i have to change to avoid the closing of MSWord
in practice
1 start MS Word and close the initial blank page but leave word open
2 start new mail in outlook with word as your default mail editor
3 send the email
4 word is now closed
he is the only user who had that problem
on other users machine, word is not beeing replaced with the newmail dialog
box.
configuration;
windows xp UK SP2 ( full updated)
office 2003 sp2 ( full updated)
computer is member of a 2003 stdn AD domain
no roaming profiles
ms works 8 installed
adobe reader 8
Symantec client security
windows auto adjust for best performance
