MS Word Starter edition - certain words not printing

My friend has MS Word Starter edition.

A document has been created from the Blank template which prints fine apart from a few words which are a URL. I have tried deleting the underline of these words and resaved the document but these words will still not print!

Any suggestions for a solution would be much appreciated.
