how do I create a rule: no duplicates in a column?

You cannot define any rules to check duplicate columns in Microsoft Word
Table.

Hi Maxina,

You could use a macro to check for duplicates and delete them, though it would be better if your table cells required data entry via
protected formfields - then a macro triggered by the formfield could refuse duplicate entry.
