ms word template does not open same

1. we have lots of template we use to get our docs which
used merge from our database.every time I open this
template line roll over to different page or they move up
or down. sometime I have made changes to it and it looks
good to me and then I saveit and email it but the whole
doc moves up or down. our docs are usually 9 to 15 pages
long.
2. when one docs is copied an pasted on other one it is a
mess. basically it take whole lots of work to just copy
one docs on a blank page or to a doc.

Well that reads so badly it is difficult to understand what you are trying
to tell us. But I'll guess that you are complaining about document layout
changing between computers?
