I'm running on Windows XP home edition. When I attempt to
open Microsoft word docs stored on my machine, I get a
pop up saying "The file xyz is not available". That's all
I get which doesn't help me fix what ever the problem is.
All I can do is click the OK button. When I go to close
MS Word, I get a pop up saying "The file Normal already
exists, do you want to replace the existing file?" I
cancel out of that and attempt to close MS Word again and
get another pop up saying "Changes have been made that
affect the global template, Normal. Do you want to save
those changes?" I click NO and MS Word ends. What can I
do to get MS Word working again?
