ms word to support spell checker for medical terminologies

if you plan on making microsoft word 2007, i suggest you put in medical
terminologies in your spell checking dictionary, so that i don't have to keep
adding them everytime i use a different computer.

Sorry, unless you are willing to pay the license fees that Microsoft would
have to pay to use a competent medical dictionary for spell checking, you
are free to continue to use the ones that you like.

well, doesn't microsoft raise the price everytime there's a new ms office
suite, so all those fees would be added and we the consumers are willing to
pay the price for such embedded technology to the office suite and ms can
offer some patch to add medical terminologies to the ms word dictionary and
if we want that patch then those people like me would be willing to pay for
it!

(depends on the version and the included software programs.)
