MS word watermark not printing correctly

Does anyone know why the watermark does not print correctly?

I have a user who tries to print the watermark Draft, but sometimes it only
prints Ra t or D ft or Dar t. You get the idea... there's missing letters.

Could this be a printer issue? I'm waiting to hear back from the user about
whether it still happens when they are logged onto another PC & try to print
the watermark from there.
