A master document with it's subs was created using Word
2000 (116GB).
Contractual delivery of the document consists of attaching
it to a Lotus Notes page on a separate file management
server. This requires zipping in several packages, because
the browser's maximum attachment size is 25GB. Subsequent
to that, reviewers download the master and subs from the
management server to their own local drive.
Question: how can the explicit links in the master document
be stabilized so that the end user can open the master
document and assemble it for acceptance review?
