MS Word

Keep getting error message "Application Word has unexpectedly quit"
Re-installed Office X for Mac and got Word working again but will not
open .Doc files from email program. How do I fix this? Other programs
in Office X are fine.

Hi Richard,

Try this: Save the attachment to the desktop. Control-Click on it and
select ³Show Info² from the contextual menu. In the window that appears,
click on "General Information" and choose "Open with application" from the
pop-up list. Click on the down arrow in the icon box and select the
application you want from the list that appears or select the "Other..."
command. Click the ³Change All² button which is now active.
