Any ideas on how to lock MS Word toolbars so they don't move around?

In addition to the standard and formatting toolbars, I have 3 tool bars of
my own. Every time I open a new document in Word, the toolbars are moved
around -- one is merged into the other. I have to pull them down and bring
them back across to the left margin every time. I access probably 200 Word
files per day. Too many keystrokes. Irritating.

You can't lock the toolbars in Office 2003. In Office 2007 this won't
happen - you can't move the ribbon which has replaced the menu bar and
toolbars. You could create a macro that will position your toolbars
when you create a new document so you might want to head over to one
of the Word VBA newsgroups.
