HELP... I WAS HIT BY A VIRUS AND HAD TO REINSTALL ALL MY
SOFTWARE. AND I CAN NOT FIND MY PRODUCT KEY TO ALL MY MS
WORKS PROGRAMS..//EVERYING WOARKS EXECPT MS WORD.. I HAVE
MY PID #,... DELL SAID I NEED TO BUY THE SOFTWARE
AGAIN.. I HAVE XP.. BUT I ONLY HAVE THE PRODUCT KEY THAT
IS SENT WITH THE COMPUTER.. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

If the OEM will not provide you with a replacement key contact
Microsoft and explain the problem to them. It is my understanding they
will generate a new key however you could incur a nominal fee for this
service.
