You can by using the little camera tool on the toolbat to capture the
durrent view into a gif image file and then insert that into your Word
document. Many users have limited success with that however because
typically the Project file is huge and doesn't fit very well. You might be
better off priniting it separately and binding it into your Word document
after the fact.
