MS Work version 7 shutting down

Preinstalled MS Works version 7 shuts down after some time following error
message
AppName: msworks.exe AppVer: 7.2.710.1 ModName: wklnac.dll
ModVer: 7.2.724.0 Offset: 0002d951
I have downloaded Works version 7 update and problem still persisits
