MS Works S/S & MS Works Merge Wizard

Entered data for over a week under the guidance of above
wizard into a database. When time came to merge lost all
data in file but not file. Printer went crazy & started
to spit out 40 pgs of Greek (letters, numbers, symbols).
Now printer will not work from this computer, but works
fine from other unit. Also can someone walk me though
baby steps of how to merge from a completed S/S to a self
composed letter (template) and envelopes. Thanks

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer,
