MS04-028 GDI+ update for Office XP SP3

Hello all,

The download for the administrative update for the GDI+ fix,
officexp-kb832332-fullfile-enu.exe, only yields 1 file - sharedff.msp. In
the past, I noticed office updates usually contain the ohotfix.exe,
ohotfix.ini and ohotfixr.dll along with the msp file.
Is there something missing with this administrative download or something
else that I don't understand (most likely)?
Is there a MS link that tells me more about all these ohotfix and msp
stuffs?
