MSACCESS.EXE - Application Error

I have link setup to access Sybase Database. I get
a "Logon to Sybase" dialog box. I enter Login ID and
Password and click OK. Immediately I get "MSACCESS.EXE -
Application error" Dialog box with a white X in red filled
circle. The message in the box reads: The instruction
at "0x08d81be4" referenced memory at "0x000003e4". The
memory could not be "written".

Some one has any clue what could be wrong?
