msaccess.exe process doesn't stop when access is closed

I have a subform containing a subform and whenever this these forms are
opened I must manual stop the msaccess.exe prcoess after access is closed.

This subform is a continous form and if I change it to datasheet the problem
goes away. I have read about other issues with access 2002 and continous
forms with conditional formatting causing the same problem.

However my form has no conditional formatting and I am using 2003. I also
have another form that contains a continous subform with conditional
formatting that does not cause this bug. This leaves me to believe this bug
was fixed (or @ least partialy, hehehe) in 2003.

I am sure it is this subform and not set objects not being set back to null
or anything like that. As I said before when I change the subform to
datasheet form the problem goes away.

My best guess is its a combination of continous and something else (not
conditional formatting).

Maybe because its a double-nested continous subform (my other continous sub
form that has conditional formatting isn't).

I really need a fix for this app is already being used and I am to release
the next version as soon as possible!

TIA,
Tim J
