MSBCM file nothing else

Lost my main hard drive and only have the MSBCM
MSBusinessContactManager file.

I have been unable to access the file to restore my
contacts and email addresses. I have tried restore. It
says I am successfull. Still nothing is showing up. Right
now I feel as though it's all gone for good.

Does anyone know how to retrieve the data cantained in
this MSBCM file so I can get back to work?
