MSCAL.OCX - unknown error

Hi Folks

We are on Office 97 / NT4 at work.

I tried to install mscal.ocx (the "97 version) in a documents folder and
then
it registered OK with regsvr32.

I rebooted to be sure, and addred it via additional controls in VBA.

It showed up in the controls window but when i drag it to a user form i get
a msg box saying "an unknown error has occured"

Anybody got any ideas?????

PS: Does it matter what directory you put mscal in and register it?
