mscomct2.ocx?

I have an Excel project in VBA that works fine on several machines,
but then there is one that it wont run. We've determined that it
seems to be missing
"Microsoft WIndows Common Controls-2 6.0 (SP4) (that's what it is on
my machine. That's located at C:\Windows\System32\mscomct2.ocx.

So I'm wondering where this ocx comes from. What do they need to
install that they don't currently have?
