mscorwks.dll Error

I'm trying to move my code from a 2K development machine to an XP development
machine. Three of my forms work fine. But the 2 forms with the most code
both get this error whenever I try to open them. I've tried reinstalling
..NET 1.1 as in another suggestion but no help. Any suggestions?

Some more information on this:

- I cannot run the forms from the development environment, or directly run
the .xsn from the bin\Release directory. Both give me the mscorwks fault
before the form opens.
- But if I create an .msi and install the form with full trust, it runs
