MSCVRT.DLL

I run Windows ME and every four or five times I close a
document I have one of two errors. Either mscvrt.dll or an
abnormal programme termination has occurred. Word then
crashes.

What can I do? I have recently had a new hard drive
installed (it was happening before this) and so Word was
installed from new.

I'm desperate.

Sounds like a sick third party macro has been installed. See

I had a look there, Terry, but the problem is when I close
down a word document, it isn't just crashing on
immediately opening the word programme.
PS - Great resource at mvps. I've just printed a ream of
help off for all my other problems!

Further to below, Word has just crashed on me and I got
the following:

Top of box: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Main bit:
C:\programfiles\microsoftoffice\office\winword.exe
Last bit: abnonrmal program termination
