MSDE Utilities in Acess 2003

I have Office 2003 Professional and have installed MSDE. I cannot see the
MSDE utilities in the Tools/Database Utilities drop down. I have reinstalled
Office 2003 and still cannot see the utilities. I need to recover an SQL
..dat file. Regards...Tony X

I cannot use MSDE with my current install of Office 2003 Professional and
VB6...is there no help to get this going??? I am looking for a viable
platform to progress my ASP applications...is this it...or should I look
elsewhere???

I'm afraid I still don't understand the question, Tony. I have never heard
of any 'MSDE Utilities' in Office. If you could perhaps explain a little
more precisely what you are trying to do and what the problem is, perhaps
someone might be able to help you.

Thanks...The doco says that there should be some MSDE utilities in Access
2003 under the tools/Database Utilities dropdowns when MSDE is installed.
None are appearing in my install.

talking about here? Where can I find it?
