MSFT Office Standard Edition upgrade

I'm trying to install the update, following the instructions exactly inthe
book (insert into the CD-ROM drive and a "setup" dialog box will appear) but
all I get is a screen showing the files and nothing happens. What do I do to
get this upgrade to start up?

Thanks. I may have solved the problem anyway. I clicked on the taskbar,
then on "run" then went through the browser for "setup.exe" and let it run.
I also made sure that I clicked the CONVERT button, not the install button,
and then let it finish. It still had to be activated, which it did when I
went into Word. If you want to know if the software has been activated,
click on the "Help" button, pull downthe menu and look for "activate this
product". If it is activated, it will say so. My frustration arose from the
installation guidebook which said the installation wizard would start the
process automatically. WRONG.
