MSFT sent me free Office 2003 but wrong CD-key

Because we are a non-profit and paid a small fee to have
MSFT donate Office XP, we got a note recently that we
would be receiving a complimentary copies of Office 2003.

The CD comes today. It's a two CD set. One is the MS
Office Professional Edition 2003. The other is MS Office
OneNote(tm) 2003. There is a product key under the
OneNote CD, but nothing under the Office 2003 CD.

I tried to load Office 2003 using the CD-key underneath
the OneNote CD. No luck... I tried using one of my Office
XP CD-keys... No luck...

"Enjoy with our compliments, these full versions of..."

What should be my next step...? Who should I call??

Let's see...you're having a problem with MS software....Have you tried
calling Corel...? Or maybe Adobe...? Seriously, though, I really think you
need to contact Apple..
