Msg windows does not close after send

Hey guys,

I got a doozy here. I searched the newsgroups with no luck. I have a user
with an issue in Outlook 2000...whenever he sends, replies, or forwards an
attachment the message fires off but the original msg window doesn't close.
He clicks send and the message windows doesn't blink or do anything but when
you look in his sent items folder the message shows as sent and is. Only
happens with attachments. Regular text messages send and close fine. I
don't even know where to begin with this so I just came here. I checked
Google and I found and instant of the saem thing happening but it was in
Outlook Xpress. Didn't apply here.

Any help would be appreciated.

Oh yeah, client is Using Windows XP pro / Office 2000 SR1 SP3. In case you
need that info.
