MSGBOX, InputBox or some other method question

I am writing a simple macro to ask the user a few questions. The first three
questions are straight answers that the user types in themselves. I have that
working with a standard Application.InputBox() statement. On the fourth pop
up box I need to have three buttons that the user can click on. The button
that is clicked on then routes to one of three different parts of the macro
and continues running thorugh the macro.

To be specific, the user will be asked, "What grade is the student in?". I
want these three choices to be on this window, K/1, 2/3 and 4/5. By clicking
on one of these three buttons/choices I then need to direct the macro to one
of three corresponding sections of code.

How do I get a custom named button to appear in a pop up window?

Thank you Kevin. I will look into that method. I've not used userforms before
and I a bit concerned that I may not have enough time to get this to work
since I will have to pour myself into the help files to make it just right. I
need this to work tomorrow evening.

Is there another way that you can think of?

Can you use three message boxes in a row like:
"K/1 Yes/No"
"2/3 Yes/No"
"4/5 Yes/No"
instead of trying to get three responses from the same box.
If after the third one and still "No" then loop back to "K/1" again.
