You could use an Autoexce macro that displays the message box. Or you
could have a startup form that calls the MsgBox function in its Open
event.

Well i use to work in excel
and here its very simpel make a startup form
but i can't see where i can exute the form or a macro
when access is starting

You said "msgbox", not "startup form". Sure, a startup form is easy in
Access. You just create the form, then click Tools -> Startup..., and
select your form in the combo box labeled "Display Form/Page:".

first i make a form there startup when access starting
in this form i create my msgbox in the open event
