I have a bar chart with category labels below the category axis. As these
labels are long they are at a 45% angle. How do I get the label to be
centered under the bar or to the right of the tickmark instead of at the
tickmark? When there are fewer categories and the label is at 0% the label
is centered below the bar.
I also need to know how to do this in VB code.
