After recovering from a recent crash, my MS Office applications cannot open
my MSIE browser. This includes not only via links witin e-mails, but even MS
Office Online. The applications are a mix of 2003 and 2000 versions running
on an XP system. The only "new" addition was the installation of MS Spy
Blocker.
I've run regsrv32 xxx.dll for numerous files, ensured that the control
panel/folder option/file types for htm and html are both set to open with
MSIE and that "open" is the default action for each. I've tried turning
on/off things like my firewall & my pop-up blocker all to no avail.
HELP?!?! Can someone point me in a new direction that will allow me to
click on e-mail links within e-mail and get the browser to open? Thanks in
advance for any and all assistance. Michael
