Msinstaller starts up sometimes while I am using IE6

When navigating in IE6 some pages seem to trigger the Office 2000
installer.

Don't know what for as I always cancel. The pages seem to work OK.

Event viewer lists warnings - all the same

Detection of product '{00010409-78E1-11D2-B60F-006097C998E7}', feature
'HTMLSourceEditing' failed during request for component
'{9E0B2BE1-DEDA-11D1-A17E-00A0C90AB50F}'


Any advice or help appreciated
