I had backed up some db applications saved on my
Access97 running under Windows NT SP3 but now I have
upgraded my operating system to SP6 and when I moved the
entire Office97 to the current hardrive and new OS I get
amongst other errors that it cannot open Access97 because
it could not find the path to Access97 because of the
above file has been missing. In deed I have looked into
the entire hard drive but has nobeen successful finding
this file.
In addition everytime I open other applications they
tell one(tahoma) is missing. More importantly I cannot
find my original installation software since I moved
about a year ago. Hopefully, it is not one of those
articles that I had thrown away because there were too
many AOL installation laying around. I can find my
MacIntosh Office98 though which I run in my Supermac S910?
Thank you for your help.

Yours Sincerely,

Uche

reinstall Office97 from the CD. There are missing
components and a required font. Before you do though, if
you have a font named hatten~1.ttf, rename it to
hatten.bak before you run the install. I know it sound
crazy but that worked for me for a similar problem.
