MSJET40.DLL

Hi,
I have been using Access Databases heavily for some time (Access 2000
(9.0.3821 SR-1)). All of a sudden after some design changes, I am getting the
message "Msaccess has caused an error in MSJET40.DLL. Msaccess will now
close".

Can anybody help you to identify the problem?
