MSJet40 error when starting a databse file.

I'm getting 'Cannot load DLL file msjet40.dll' when trying
to access a MDB database.
This is through Citrix, where other users can access the
files OK, but just 1 user cannot. I suspect this user will
require a newer version of MSjet40.dll, but where does it
get installed ? Citrix session or local ?
