Below is an event id error received when I use a front
end in Access 2002. Have several workstations and this
workstation is the only one to give this error.
Workstation is Win 2k SP4 using Access 2002. Error also
occurred using Access 2000.

Event ID error 1000
Source Microsoft Office 10
Description: Faulting application MSAccess.exe version
XXX Faulting module msjtes40 at Fault Address .......

Check if the problem disappears when you turn off your anti-virus software.

Otherwise, you could have a corrupt dll, you should try to remove and
reinstall Access on this particular workstation.
